Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect both personal and organizational data within our multi-purpose platform for education, skill development, and wellness management. We are committed to transparency and to protecting the privacy of all users, including administrators, instructors, parents, and students.

User License

This platform is developed to support digital management of educational centers, skill training facilities, and wellness programs. Users are granted a limited, non-transferable license to access and use the system for managing classes, schedules, attendance, communications, reports, and learning materials.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the system. Access must align with the role-based permissions granted. Any violations may result in account suspension or legal consequences.

Limitation of Liability

We strive to provide a stable and secure platform, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free functionality, or full compatibility with all user needs. The platform is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a specific purpose or non-infringement.

All content uploaded by users (including reports, messages, schedules, and files) is their sole responsibility. We do not verify or moderate all content and cannot be held liable for inaccuracies or omissions introduced by users.

Limitations

Under no circumstances shall the platform or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the system, even if prior notice of the potential for such damages was provided.

This includes, but is not limited to, data loss, service interruptions, delays in communication, or unauthorized access caused by user negligence. We are not responsible for financial losses, missed sessions, or inaccurate information due to user misuse or technical failures.

Governing Law

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country or region in which the service provider or educational center is registered. All disputes arising from platform usage shall fall under the jurisdiction of the applicable local authority.

For international use, data protection regulations such as GDPR, PDPA, or their local equivalents shall apply. We are committed to complying with relevant privacy laws and ensuring responsible and transparent use of user data.
