Getting Started

This platform is designed for any organization or individual offering structured learning or coaching services. Whether you run a tutoring center, a language school, a music academy, a fitness studio, or you’re a freelance coach, trainer, or educator, this platform helps you digitize, streamline, and grow your operations across web and mobile.

We support web portals for center administrators and staff, and dedicated mobile apps for instructors/coaches and clients (learners, parents, members). Everything syncs seamlessly so users can access information anytime, anywhere.

Simply sign up as a partner (center or coach). You’ll be able to configure your profile, set up courses or classes, invite team members and clients, and start operating right away. Our onboarding team is also available to assist you if needed.

Platform Features

Yes! You can create weekly or monthly schedules, assign instructors or coaches, set topics or learning goals per session, and manage everything from a central dashboard. The system checks for schedule conflicts automatically.

Absolutely. Our built-in messaging and notification tools allow centers, instructors, parents, and learners to stay connected. Whether it’s a one-on-one message or a broadcast to an entire class, communication is instant and secure.

You can generate lesson reports, progress summaries, attendance logs, performance evaluations, and even export them to PDF for parents or clients. Instructors can customize report criteria based on the type of training or subject matter.

Yes. Instructors can upload assignments, files, or instructions for each class. Students or clients can submit their responses or documents through the mobile app. Instructors can then review, comment, and score submissions directly.

Yes. Parent accounts can be linked to multiple students, which is useful for families with more than one child. They can switch views easily to track individual progress, schedules, and assignments.

Instructors use the mobile app to check in with photo and timestamp. Students or parents can also check attendance, and request leave if needed. Attendance data is tracked in real-time and used for reporting and invoicing.
